About social media monitoring

We have the capability to continually monitor the Internet and gather online conversations about your company. These conversations come from blogs, forums, message boards, and social media venues such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, and more.

Conversations are collected and emailed to you on a weekly basis. You will also receive analytical reports that give you deeper insight into your customers, such as demographic reports, geo-mapping, and the sentiment of the information (positive, negative, neutral).

How is our service different than other monitoring services? We offer the “human factor” with our service. With other services, it is a DIY tool to collect and make sense of the information. You can collect information all day long, but unless you do something with it, it won’t help you make informed decisions and learn about your customers.
